All items are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp at +61 406 650 510 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Returned items must be sent back within 2 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition.
Important: For damage claims, an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required as proof. Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

Items damaged during shipment (with valid unboxing video evidence)

Items that do not suit your preference

Opened or used items
